What can i take to keep a tooth infection from spreading

If you have a really bad infection, only a root canal or extraction will fix the problem. antibiotics alone will not remove the infection.

A visit to the dentist

Clove water. Chew a clove , if its too strong then soak them and hold the brown water in your mouth

Warm salt water gargle or hydrogen peroxide rinse mouth out but do not swallow

When you have a really bad dental abscess, there is nothing you can take to fix it. Only a root canal or an extraction will work.

You can't self treat an infected tooth. Go to the dentist. It can turn serious.
