Gay guys can be drama queens sometimes!

I have a gay friend Skylar and we are really good friends but.. it seems like Everytime I like a guy or talk to one and go out on a date .. He tells me They are probably bisexual and they don’t like me .. and Everytime I include Skylar to Hang out .. He has to berate me in front of my guy friends and really belittles me.. even when my guy friends don’t show no interest in Skylar He has to think they want Him.. I have to hold my tongue sometimes because if I speak my mind then He doesn’t want to be friends no more and tells me I’m jealous .. the things I do to keep friends !

He's a self-absorbed ass, and no true friend if he uses you as the object of his abuse to try to...show off?...in front of guys.

I'd tell him to stop this, deal with hus insecurity over his attractiveness in sime other way, or look for another "friend" to abuse.

You shouldn't listen to his programming of your mind, or get used to being abused just to "hold on to a friend."

Real friends don't do this. You are an intelligent, lovely woman. Don't be willing to keep ppl around who treat you otherwise.
@SomeMichGuy Spot on!
@SW-User Why, thank you. I appreciate that my comment was useful.
@TallMtnMedic Thanks!

Yeah, and so can straight guys. Whether Skylar was male, female, gay or straight? He does not sound like a "friend". Actual friends do not demean and berate you in front of others.

Skylar sound like a petty, jealous child. Not really a friend as he is about himself.

Its very narcissistic to think every guy that wants to go out with you is bi, and same that he puts you down infront of them. He meeds to slam you to make himself the center of attention.

Cut his toxic ass out of your life.
@TallMtnMedic Yes! He cuts her down in order to feel bigger!

This guy is a self-absorbed attention-seeker - a real friend would never treat you in such an unfeeling way.

With someone like that as a friend, you don't need enemies.

I'm glad I don't have your problems. 😬

Why do you need to keep such friends 🧐
SW-User
@SW-User at his lowest moments I guess I’m glad I keep him company and keep him from killing himself
SW-User
@SW-User it's good that he has a caring friend.

But Eventually you'll have to drop such friends.
That’s not a friend, and you do yourself no favors holding your tongue while he clearly doesn’t. Seriously, you can do much better than someone who puts you down in front of others.
