Another thing that annoys me when I started my job over a year and a half ago they made me give them a headshot to put on my outgoing emails

Send my profile pic to the HR team and say this is who you identify as now

I wouldn't respond to a single email that doesn't have the sender's picture in their signature... unprofessional heathens.

That would suck big time. Doesn't seem right you're the only one. If i had the capability of leaving it off, I think i would probably do it sometimes just to see if they noticed. If they didn't notice, I think I'd be tempted to leave it off more and more over a period of time. That's just me though..LOL

The cost of being attractive.
That is pretty unequal in the treatment of employees.
