Covid Vaccine Cytokine Storm

Covid vaccine <Pfizer 's 2nd shot> was the shot that caused my immune system to turn on it's self. In my case its is hives and a rash on my lower legs that has not gone away regardless of all the drugs I have been given to control this. My lungs are another concern, they feel congested every month for several days, again drugs and inhalers don't work and my Dr's are baffled. Any one else with Cytokine Storm conditions?
