I know that people have always been insane...but i was wondering if the Coronavirus has made people more nuts by infection?

The shooting and other violence has skyrocketed and i was just wondering if it is possible

The attitude towards the virus, and societal and cultural differences varied from country to country.
It is interesting how a country that is armed to the teeth, had many citizens that felt that being asked to wear a mask was a form of tyranny.

@DIABLISS You can see that in the attitude of some Americans on social media.
@chrisCA as an American...i agree

@chrisCA nobody was ever asked, it was mandated. This while they held back many treatments (only effective response - you can't defeat a pandemic)

The mass killings are up so the deep state can keep its control over the US. Corona was used for the same purpose.
@Slade okay, so you are one of the insane people i was talking about, The Democrats have nothing to do with school shootings. the Democrats want young people to not be able to get guns ,you gun toting, gay hating, black hating Republican goober

I doubt "by infection" but I wouldn't be surprised that the stress hasn't contributed to an increase in violence. When corona was in full swing and people were having to stand in line to get into Walmart and grocery stores I kept thinking sooner or later someone's gonna say the wrong thing or bump into the person in front or behind them and someone's gonna go off.

There's still a lot going on in the world, between shortages, and increased prices on everything, and people afraid they are about to catch something that may kill them. What happens when some new pandemic breaks out? What if businesses were forced to shut down again before they've recovered from covid? Things could get a lot worse than they currently are.

@robb65 I wonder if the people of London behaved badly like that during the Blitz?
@robb65 that just makes it more scary

well i have not heard any connection made between mental health issues and covid . america as always been a violent country i am sad to say [lilymaesixty1]
@smiler2012 this is true, but the school and public shootings seem to be rampant

There are some people that has happened to with the brain fog and some other neuro cognitive effects. But I believe it is rare and I don't think there has been enough study to make such determinations. Violence in general has gotten worse during the pandemic.
@Subsumedpat okay...so why do you think that is?
Subsumedpat · 36-40, M
@DIABLISS I presume you mean the violence not the brain fog. Why I think that is, it is because we are doing less, idleness is the devils playground it is said. When people are active and busy they have less time for trouble.
@Subsumedpat well that is so obvious but i haven't heard anyone bring this up before...Bravo!

There have only a few but in a short time. We had none for awhile - nobody could congrgate anywhere
@Slade i guess the corona virus had some good points
Slade · 56-60, M
The isolation and arbitrary, cynical response I'm sure has sent some off the deep end
@Slade i feel myself sliding toward the edge. and i am the nicest person in the world

It's made everyone (who accepted getting jabbed with Covid drugs) go nuts by *injection*....
@zonavar68 wrong
LordShadowfire · 46-50, M
Has the shooting in the violence skyrocketed? Or are we just now focusing on it?
@LordShadowfire point taken
