What is the current Covid testing and case reporting regime in your part of the world?

if you test positive to The Vid with a RAT ( a rapid antigen test ), are you reporting it to the Govmint in your state/territory (if the Gov wants you to) or just taking sick leave and self-isolating without declaring your Vid-ness factor?

Are you then going off to get a PCR test? I think in the UK PCR's aren't used and a different type is used instead.

If you're in Australia, are you getting PCR tested but not giving your Medicare number (it's not lawfully required) so it doesn't get linked to your personal federal government health records?

Does the testing regime vary depending whether you are 'fully vaccinated' or not and what is the current definition of that? Here in Australia it's still '2 + 0 doses' and the so-called 'boosters' (the exact same drugs) are optional.
