@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout this is so stupid! 650k worldwide is reported widely as a reason to get the flu vaccine, but, in perspective, that number has been broken with some additional, in the US alone! Covid really has to be taken seriously.

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout Please don't put words in my mouth! I never said I live in fear. But, I live in reality. Downplaying the risk of covid has led to so many unnecessary deaths, that allowing your post go without further explanation would be unethical.

@CrazyMusicLover Yeah, same here, I mean during last spring's "red zone" there were even bars open with a massive crowd in front of it, nobody minded-. And even now the digital certification thing, I've been asked to exhibit it like twice since when I've got my second jab in September

Back in 2020 instead, yeah, there were literally roadblocks and I've heard of many who got fined, they didn't joke. I've spent over 2 months in the same apartment, it was surreal if I think about it now.

@Elessar Here everything is closed now. No restaurants, no shops except essentials and shoes, I think. People can go to work and to nature. It's only allowed to go to nature within our district but we can transit through other districts. So just in case...I'm transiting 🤷‍♀️

@CrazyMusicLover Legally, they should've been closed over here too. But the owner of that place I've seen open has a strong allergy to law even in ordinary times, so.. 🙈 let alone the average customer.

And yeah, also here you couldn't technically cross town borders if you're in "orange" area or darker, but then they've made an exception for "sports" (otherwise people in tiny towns couldn't even have a walk without violating the lockdown), so people didn't take much to figure out that they just needed to wear a sport suit to go almost wherever they wanted to, and in case of controls claim they were moving for that, which is authorized.
