I Love Healthy Food
I decided to have something different for breakfast. I usually have oatmeal with almonds and a sliced banana mixed in but this time I had two fried eggs and a sliced banana mixed with a chopped sweet potato. It was sooo good! If you make this, eat a banana sice together with a sweet potato slice. The combined flavors are frigging' delicious. Sweet [i]and[/i] healthy at the same time!
And did I mention that I tried fermented dolmades for the first time last week? They're rice and herbs wrapped in pickled grape leaves. I found them on a grocery shelf right next to the olives and they taste wonderful! Now they're my second favorite fermented food (the first one being olives).
