how many grams of sugar do you roughly consume a day?

It used to be quite a bit but lately I have been eating healthier and cutting back.

I haven't measured it.

Two teaspoons for coffee once or twice a day, other than that no direct sugar.

But I do eat sweets and pastries occasionally.

Enough for one cup of Coffee and one cup of tea.

Some days none , Somedays I go crazy.
