OMAD Diet Results - Eat What You Want and Lose Weight

I've fasted for awhile now, maybe not OMAD but 16:8 fasting where you eat for a period of 8 hours and fast for 16. Now I do between 16:8 or 20:4 sometimes which is eating for 4 hours and fasting for 20 depending. I normally eat healthy and trying to lose weight so I keep my calories around 1,700 with higher protein, boxing and resistant weight training as exercises.

But I'm going to the beach for vacation and will keep OMAD in mind since I'll probably be splurging on some decent junk meals. I will probably bring my meal replacement and then drink that while having a bigger supper at night. Still be within my calorie range 😌
