Ask yourself if you have some sort of emotional problem connected to food. In other words, you feel that burning calories is "suffering", so then you trot right out and "reward" yourself with food. Your "reward" is actually your self- sabotage. You didn't think of buying a lipstick, or a scarf, or a pair of shoes on sale.
One bit of help I can give you is that if you can't smell food, you can't taste it very well. I would advise you to put a bit of Vicks vapo rub on your nostrils whenever you find yourself bellying up to the table.

The next time you crave sugar have some protein instead. You can retrain your cravings to crave protein instead of sugar.
Try will power! Next time, re- hydrate with water. Any idea how many calories burned vs. how many you took back in? Think about that.

I never diet i aeat what i want but i burn calories as i do not sit around much
