What do you think?

So I celebrated my birthday this week at an all inclusive hotel. I have been dieting and exercising since May and I've been doing extremely well and lost 17 pounds since. At the hotel I went off diet (even though I wasn't sedentary) and ate everything and it felt really good but now that im back home, its the usual programming.

I am just wanting to know if these past 3 days while at the hotel will significantly hurt my progress.

Weight can fluctuate so it may have changed but I wouldn't say it's signifcantly bad. Even if it's gone up a couple of pounds, you would look at your results over a longer time. So in a week, two weeks, four weeks, it won't really count for much.
