pretty darn healthy. i've studied holistic nutrition, and i love nutrient-dense foods, especially greens of all kinds. i love vegetables the way some people love candy.

My digestive system is intolerant to a lot of fruit and veg, but I make sure to have fruit and veg smoothies with spinach, collard greens, broccoli, Cucumber, celery (not all in the same one) at least 3 times a week. I add things like Turmeric, ginger, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and honey as well

Lots of fruit, veggies etc but I LURVE pasta, pizza and burgers - all home made, sweetie, none of your McDonalds rubbish....
