Is it true that all of the vitamins known to be required by humans are found in milk?

BlueVeins · 22-25
Pretty sure that's true of human milk, so I guess the lesson is to find some tiddies to suck
Aren't you a gem. @BlueVeins

No and I would be careful about drinking too much milk. Cows are now given hormones and it passes through to their milk.
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
No! It's not vitamins you need. It's nutrients. And the only good source of Omega 3 and 6 Nutrients can be found in meat and fish.

I do mean good source. Omega 6 can only be found in fish. And Omaga 3 is not found in any kind of milk.

Actual vitamins pass right through you without food nutrients.
Milk is not good

I will stay to see the answers provided by the great experts and food gurus, from the university of SW 🍿

@MrGomco well, consume nothing but milk for a few months, see what happens. No need to be a guru for that experiment
All you have to is look on the back of a milk cartoon. @MrGomco
