I have never dated.
I guess nobody has ever felt I had anything to offer.
Maybe it is because, rather than ask a woman on a date, I usually am already at the point of obsession and profess my love. Of course I am rejected! So in the past few years I have learned to keep quiet.
Nobody wants me.
But that is OK. I like peace and quiet.

I think it's normal to keep what you have to offer at the forefront of your thoughts when dating. But also have a little confidence in yourself if you're looking. And remember, don't seek and ye shall find.

I definitely don't have as much to offer as my girlfriend (I'm getting the much better deal here).
But no, I don't think about that.
It is up to her to decide if my pain-in-the-ass stuff is worth whatever I bring to the table for her. It is not for me to decide for her.

When we were dating in college, Lynn was with other guys every day and only saw me one or two days a month. I kept wondering why she stuck with me since the top guys in her school were with her.

@exexec
Why don’t you ask her why she did stick w you? 🤷

@Similarname All along, she said she loved me and didn't care for any of them except as friends. She told all of them that she was mine. If they got serious, she stopped dating them.

You only think that way if you don't think much of yourself.
Confidence is the issue!
I know you have admitted to having that problem though.

If I did I would. I think it's a normal thing to think about, just like what I want from a relationship. It goes both ways.

No. That's for them to worry about. They can decide if I'm for them or not while they watch me eat my quesadilla and spend their money.
No, I often don't see what I bring to the table... so I don't think of it.
