@basilfawlty89 Just ask a Spaniard if you doubt that. When stationed in Germany and my barracks mate and I decided to take leave together -- he had the car -- the only stipulation he had was it had to include Madrid. He was from Southern California and hungry for "Mexican" food (Cal-Mex), and the only two Mexican restaurants in Europe at that time were both in Madrid, next to each other. Both owned and operated by a former U.S. Navy Petty Officer.

Yes. I have often wondered why we have restaurants from every culture but Native food.

Of course. My friend’s mother, who was born in San Ynez taught me how to make acorn bread and a fish stew she cooked. I also use her recipe for bison chili.
