The Wisdom On God's Part In Not Giving Humans All The Details About Creation [I Appreciate The Beauty Of God's Creation]
Some who may have read Genesis 1:1, which says: "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.", may have wondered why didn't Jehovah God give us more details and more information on how the "heavens and the earth" was created? Yet I truly appreciate such a simple but profound explanation of how our earth and the heavens came into being.
Why? Because it is/was truly wisdom and great loving consideration on Jehovah's part not to give us all the minute details, varying equations, formulas, and varying specifications concerning how the "heavens and the earth" was created. Our imperfect brain couldn't handle that much information, let alone have the time to absorb it all due to our short lifespan. Even living forever with a perfect brain we could never began to comprehend "everything" that went into creating our heavenly universe and earth. We will always be learning concerning "the breadth and the length and height and depth..." of Jehovah's creative works. [Ecclesiastes 3:11, b part, Ephesians 3:18 the b part ].
If Jehovah had decided to give us the details of what it took to create the heavens and earth, there would probably be more than 50 chapters in Genesis! Or Genesis chapters 1-3 would have many, many more verses than what exists today in our Bible.
Another excellent reason Jehovah has lovingly withheld all the minute details of how our earth and the heavens were created is because humans may began to feel like they're God or on the same level as Jehovah. They may began to feel like they know more than Jehovah. They may feel like they don't have to listen to Jehovah God, thus making themselves a god.
