I never understood why in the USA, if you get pulled over by the police
Why do you need a supervisor, just accept your ticket as you can always appeal or go to court. It makes the person look like a complete idiot

On September eleven, 2001 our US city had " traffic cams" that could record your illegal driving and send you a ticket, with the picture of you, speeding or running a red light, whatever. No guns, no traffic stops. By evening the population was running all the lights and the road was loud from all the speeding - and nobody ever paid a single automatic ticket ever again. The drivers wanted armed cops and not peace.
