have lots of brits left britain

[c=A69800][i]i heard this a while back by someone, they thought many fellow brits had left britain because they were fed up with the mass uncontrolled immigration here, so they had emigrated and gone to places such as australia, new zealand etc.

is this true? are there less brits in the country than there used to be? why have they left, and where did they go?[/i][/c]
