What's a "drone guerrilla strikes"?

I think it's more about keeping your stuff up to date, sounds like Russia hasn't been doing that and a lot of the money going to it, was being skimmed off the top to line people's pockets.

True but Odessa stands and Ukraine is confident enough to claim it will take back Donbass. Ukraine should have had no chance given the forces it was facing
