What country are you more likely to learn Spanish Colombia or USA? I would think Colombia because you have no choice to learn.

Like the accent part shouldn't matter right. But overtime you get better speaking it with lots of practice. It's much easier when you start learning the language as baby

I got this same idea their is famous futbol player name Messi he is from Argentina but he isn't fluent in English. I guess because he doesn't need to learn English in Spain. Because he plays soccer in Spain. If he played in England he would have to learn.

He would learn really fast in an English-speaking country. I was fluent in Dutch in 3 years and I was even in an English-speaking work environment.
