It's about time but Stephen Harper is out for once and for all. A country can have a population that votes 60% progressive but when those parties are split, the 'right' united upends actual wants. I know the Conservatives hoped Andrew Sheer was a replacement for Harper, he is, I hope they learn that, but enough Canadians voted against isolationism
