Funny how you dont hear about the border anymore. But since its getting worse all the time and the government doesn't want it talked about the news doesn't report on it. Same as they don't tell anyone that thousands of refugees from the border as well as Afghanistan are being housed on military bases all across the U.S. and those numbers keep going up.

The administration claims it's finishing parts of the wall where illegal crossings are particularly bad. Of course, this effort to finish parts of the wall just so happens to coincide with efforts to bus illegals to DC and NY. Interesting coincidence. DC's mayor called for the Nation Guard. A year and half late.

Yes, I did hear that Biden was going to resume the wall building in one particular spot . I believe it's part of a levee system which was partially destroyed to form foundations for a border wall under Trump. The ONLY reason Biden is repairing it is that if he doesn't, residents in that local area are subject to flooding from the Rio Grande.
I have also heard that nice wide gates are being left in this so called "wall", and that MORE border and ICE agents will be required to stand there and process illegal immigrants.

@empanadas Yes and the Mayor, Eric Adams who is the mayor of NYC, a sanctuary city is not so willing to greet these arrivals with open arms. It’s a sanctuary city, but you’re complaining, Mayor Adams? Why? He better clarify what his sanctuary city is and how it functions for those seeking sanctuary.
