And nobody thought to give him a psychological examination, either before his arrest, while he still worked for the Navy (with a "secret" security clearance, no less) or during his (unconstitutional?) incarceration of over a year before his trial?! 😳

@Thinkerbell He was discharged prior to his arrest for a number of things, and actually appealed being held in jail to the DC Circuit which probably had something to do with him not getting a jury trial for so long.

None of the Hitler stuff made it to the jury, though, which he wanted.

According to your link, "He [Hale-Cusanelli] was discharged from the U.S. Army Reserves and barred from the Navy base after his arrest. You really should read your own stuff, Misty.
