@SW-User no cooking involved...just cutting. The rice paper is sold dry, it needs to be wet just before making them. Stick whatever you want in the center and roll it up!

I put curly green leaf lettuce, carrots, a bit of leftover shredded chicken or ready to eat shrimp, bean sprout, mango, basil leaf and crushed candied peanuts.
