It will be a challenge for as long as you are on this side of the Great Divide. The key to it is to not take offence or imitate. Set your own course and trust Him to guide and guard.

That, my friend, is one of the biggest struggles of the Christian walk. That's why it's so important to remember that your security and self - worth comes from not only who you are, but whose you are. You are chosen, accepted, and dearly loved by God. Keep your eyes on Him rather than on those around you or the circumstances around you and you will find joy and contentment in Him. Easier said than done, but it's so important.
