I Believe We Should Study Our Bible

I believe we should study our Bible, not just to get head knowledge or to say we know what's in the Bible, but we should study, meditate, and make application of its fine principles, laws, and commandments in our life so as to have God's approval and to have a close relationship with Him.

Another powerful reason to study the Bible is found at John 17:3 which says: [c=#003BB2][b][i] "This means everlasting life, their coming to know You, the only true God, and the one whom You sent, Jesus Christ."[/i][/b][/c]

The gift of everlasting life on a beautiful, peaceful, pristine, paradise earth, can be obtained if one comes to know and obey, the true living God, Jehovah (Psalms 83:18). See KJV.

There are many nice passages in the Bible.
However, I really struggle with some if them.
Like while reading Judges, 19: 22-29 I really find it hard to accept.

I agree. Thank you. I find myself putting it aside and I don’t know why. I’ve never been good at studying the Bible. I guess I just have never known how and put it on the back burner. Do you know of any good Bible Studies out there?
