Absolutely nothing can replace Jesus!
@Spunkylama
Keep it up and I’ll notify your probation officer! 😎
@SomeLikeItHot Oh Karen would like to speak to the manager...

🤣
@Spunkylama
More like the PO needs to give her snitch a stitch 😉

I am so happy to hear this. I was concerned before, when I read you were trying that. But I didn't want to say anything because that was your choice, but I knew those two definitely do not mix. The light and darkness have no fellowship together. 2 Corinthians 6:14-17 However, I would have given credit where credit is due, to God, not Mary, because the bible says not to pray to saints, angels, or anyone but God. In fact, it is the first Commandment. Matthew 22:37, 38, and 39. It also says the dead cannot hear us. God, who knows all, will give us the best, most accurate answer or response. She also cannot forgive us our sins.
@REMsleep Amen!! Thank you for that.

@LadyGrace I personally like praying the rosary but I do not think Mother Mary can forgive our sins. However the saints can give our prayers to God. Its in revelation. Revelation 8:4
English Standard Version
4 and the smoke of the incense, with the prayers of the saints, rose before God from the hand of the angel.
@RubiesandButterflies The Bible says that Saints are those who have accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior. Nothing more. We don't need the saints who have passed, to give our prayers to God. Nowhere in the Bible does it say that. We just can't make up our own rules. We either believe God or we don't. Not even Revelations says we pray to the saints. We don't need Saints to pray for us and they can't hear us anyway, the Bible says that as well. The Bible says that Jesus is our only Mediator between God and man. The only one. We can now pray straight to God the Father, in Jesus' name, because of Jesus' death on the cross.

Good for you. The two don't mix. Christianity says that God is the ultimate power but in pagan belief there are other sources.
@REMsleep Right. God, Himself, doesn't recognize other pagan gods. Some people do, but He doesn't and He makes that plain in His Word. 1st Commandment, in fact.

What kind of witchcraft did you try?
RubiesandButterflies · 51-55, F
@Unlearn romany gypsy charms
What is christopagan?
@REMsleep The Christian came along and turned everything pagan into Christian beliefs/ holidays etc. That is why I was a little confused.

I personally believe is all BS but y'all do you.
REMsleep · 41-45, F
@Spunkylama If you aren't a Christian then I can totally understand why you would agree that Christianity incorporated pagan beliefs because many leaders ( who probably weren't really believers anyway) did this to appeal to the masses that demanded these things. You are correct. But I think that she was talking about practicing both belief systems at once sort of thing which I have seen also. I don't think that they are compatible.
RubiesandButterflies · 51-55, F
@REMsleep yes you are correct that's what I mean't
i think white magic is fun. i am not liked very much through no fault of my own and sometimes i do magic to make people see me for who i really am. i never do mean spells. but sometimes weird stuff happens. once i took hair from my bosses brush and did a spell that would keep her from lying about me.
a month later she was losing her voice and she had nodes on her voice box. They told her that they were in an odd spot. she had to have surgery. I never really believed in magic so it shocked me a bit and i stopped for a while.
