Are you a single parent, or feeling depressed, lonely, and broke?

In Malachi 3:10 God says

"Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse that there may be food in my house. Test me in this, says the Lord Almighty, and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it."

I was a single parent and broke 30 years ago and God showed me this miracle.

Eh. Story of my love life. Everytime they promise. It never is. So. Instead I see the quest for success. Money. Power. And that dream. The white picket fence ...

A mere box of toothpicks in my forgotten imagination

How strong?

@Larksky That all depends what Gods plan is. For me it was not long since immediately after I turn to God and was obedient I was blessed. But if you are "Job" the Godly man in the Bible then it can take a little while if God wants the angels to see who is HIS.

@Carazaa I have never denied his miracle or his existence of faith & hope. I have always said thank you and been greatfull. Got through accidents , family issues still struggling , makes you question everything that you have done and for what .so if the architect has plans for me then when will I know ?or this is it .

@Larksky

God requires much more from you than being thankful, and not denying him. Because he created you, you sin, and Jesus died to buy you back from eternal punishment for those sins, and he was willingly tortured because he loves you.

He commands us to turn around 360 and follow him, dedicate our lives to serve him, give everything we have to God.

So let me ask you this. Do you follow The Lord who died for you all the time? Do you give him your first? Do you give 10%, and hopefully more of the first of all your money monthly? Meaning when you get paid you do not go to the store before you give to a church or a mission project? Do you start every day reading the Bible and study for hours?

Bunch of excuses for people who love their money, have no faith, do not trust in Jesus promises, and are not born again. Take care!
I will delete nonsense, so consider yourself warned!

@SW-User I do not agree with you that the Bible has been changed. "All scripture is God breathed" I would encourage you not to be scared of Satans schemes but to trust in Jesus who is our protector.

@Carazaa Notice that I am using scripture and you are using emotion and nothing else. You haven't responded to any of the content of my comment. I don't love money, I love scripture, and I have proven what I am saying with scripture. I also care about vulnerable, weak people (who are struggling to survive) not being swindled by wealthy, wicked false prophets (and there are far more false prophets today than there are true prophets, you know, "But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived" as the Bible says). You're acting like a self righteous Pharisee now thinking you're better than others cause you have given money. Well, guess what? So have I. I give to the homeless a lot, but I don't brag about it and say that others who don't give money to the homeless have no faith and trust in Jesus and aren't born again. Ridiculous. Now you're starting to show your real spirit. Your true colors are coming out. All scripture is indeed God breathed and we have that Word of God today in the perfect, inspired and authorized King James Version. The other versions, however, have been changed; they have removed scriptures, added them and twisted them. You need to do more research on this. It's a reality. Why don't you try turning to acts 8:37 in your NIV or most other modern Bible version - you will see that they have completely removed the verse. Then go to the King James Bible and you will see it is in the King James: this is the verse, "And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God."
I am not scared of Satan's schemes, I am aware of his devices. The Bible tells us to be aware of Satan's devices. Jesus also tells us that his people perish for lack of knowledge and that we are to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. Remember, we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against darkness, against spiritual wickedness in high places. I would encourage you to read your whole Bible (A KJV) and study to show yourself approved unto God. Don't remain willfully ignorant. Become aware. The Bible says perilous times shall come. Don't fear it, just become aware of it. There's a big difference. Do not perish for your lack of knowledge. How can you fight the enemy on the battlefield if you don't know his schemes/strategies/plans/devices? You can't be a solider for Christ and have no business out on the battlefield if you aren't armed with the whole Word of God and know it inside and out, and know Satan's devices, lest you become ensnared by them. Jesus said he testified of the evil works of the world and that's why they hate him, and that they would hate us too. We are also to expose the darkness and the evil works of this world as well.
