Did anyone here flunk out of college?

In the end, it's the destination that matters, not the bumps in the road on the way to it. You merely had educational resets that focused your attention on that which matters to you, and persevering when you face adversity is a strong trait. Take things as they come and assess where you may need help to ultimately reach your goal. Failure would be abandoning your goal, whether it takes one try or six -- so keep going forward.

I did. I did one semester of community college and then quit

I'm on my last year, have 2 final exams but they're on retake. Basically I'm in a win it all or lose it all situation, those two exams are the last monsters I need to kill so I can graduate. I can't even imagine repeating a year let alone flunking out, it'd be an absolute horror.

No, but I went to our 2 year junior college for 5 years. When I was done I wasn't able to officially use what I learned.
