I saw two huge Military Helicopters flying past my house.

I was taking my pilot's license when I saw two Chinook helicopters coming in to land. I watched them coming down the glide slope like any other aircraft and land on the runway. I was a bit amused as I watched them taxing up to the hangers. They were about a meter/ 3 feet above the ground. Their wheels didn't touch the tarmac until they reached the apron outside the hanger.
