A new military weapon

How about this idea? Use narcissistic bullies as weapons. Any war could've been won easily if the Army had dropped my mother, the Wicked Witch of West Hollywood, by parachute into enemy territory. Do you know, or have you ever known, anyone who could serve as a military weapon?
