I have had alots of job interviews last month's since our bank is going to be merged and we might be jobless

English is not the first language I speak. Most of them told that I have not good English. Some asked me so much questions which are not even related to my work. I don't understand what were the reasons I haven't been selected, whether it might be because of my English or my age since I am above 30 or my attitude. But I don't know how I earned the second highest marks in my performance evaluation this year in my current work. May be because I worked my assoff and I am hardworking person.
