Would it be stupid for me to move to alaska for work ?

If you don't mind the cold it is absolutely beautiful. Have watched many documentaries and the landscape is gorgeous.

I see nothing wrong with the idea, but I would make the move in the spring. Not during the fall with winter approaching.

Alaska is a big place that comes a long way south and stretches a long way north. At one place you can even see Russia.

It would not be. You can make a lot of money in a short time, but the high paying jobs are dangerous.
