Ok but as you've given your two weeks notice, then doesn't that mean you will be leaving anyway?
The advice you need is be a better employee. If a lousy worker moves thru 20 jobs and never gets any better than when they were fired from their first.......what have you gained? Your solution isn't changing jobs....it's deciding to be worth what you are being paid on this one. If ur not going to do that on this job........when?
