SW-User
Clock in at 1am. Exchange information with outgoing staff. Count control substance and record it in computer. Prep lunch, check on individual make sure they are still breathing. Monitor them throughout the night. Play chess, eat my dinner log into SW.. Clean, vacuum. Prepare breakfast help individuals get ready for the day . Assist with medications. Do paperwork. Then computer work. Make sure individuals are dry. Wait around to be relieved
@SW-User 😲 They leave you in charge of controlled substances?😂🤣

Mine isn't completely night shift but more like evening shifts when I'm taking someone else's place.

I have all the office to myself and I'll be doing my work in a very peaceful environment.

@Beatbox34 Food and drink? Talk about the environment a bit.
Beatbox34 · 31-35, M
@Riemann Tbh it's a completely abandoned building at that point. Almost every light is off. The corridors will be dark and my room will only have the lights till I'm there.

Idk if this is true but my friend did claim that the place is haunted. I wanted to stay longer to check that shit out and maybe I'll do it someday.

@Beatbox34 tbh this would be good 4 u considering the corona pandemic in india nowadays😅😅😅
Beatbox34 · 31-35, M
@lisasweety You think lol. It's actually like this because the courts are shut down at this time. In two weeks, it'll be jam packed with lawyers lol

@Beatbox34 Thank you so much for sharing. Looks cool and refreshing. :)

I work during the day.

I cannot actually work at night or on weekends.
Riemann · 31-35, M
@JoyfulSilence Talk about the day shift then.
JoyfulSilence · 46-50, M
@Riemann I read mail, and answer things I need to answer, but defer some until later. I do my "production" work for the day, which involves reading through a list of anomalies in our collected survey data, and seeing if we need to make special adjustments to sample weights. Then I resume my research. I break for lunch. I resume my research. I stop. Sometimes other things intrude and take all day to do, or even a week. Yet not much changes.

Arrive at the offices at 10pm. Unlock doors, turn on lights, wake up computer, look for the tapes I will be encoding, begin cueing them up in the machines, repeat this for 10 hours. Have coffee. Have snacks. Have lunch. Waste time on here. Sleep and/or catnap.
