Elephant can't dance
When we enter business world, most likely there are some gigantic strong corporations that already lead the market. What should we do about that meanwhile our just starting business is still small and weak? We shouldn't face them head on or we will die, use strategy like branding and positioning to differentiate our product than the already well established existing product. Use creativity as our weapon, we are small but that means we are agile and fast and we can respond quickly to market. Big corporation isn't that flexible, there are hierarch and they need long time to respond, yeah.. elephant can't dance i guess..
