business drops off 40-50 %...what do they do??

cut back my hours, give half a raise to the longest loyal employees, and SPEND SPEND SPEND. we now have a fleet of new delivery vans and cars as well as a phone system no one can figure out how to operate. also i now have to run several hundred yards past numerous new phones to find an old one that actually works.
