Do you think a Degree in Business Administration/Management is useless?

@Nanori As is the case with almost any degree I think. One can have a law degree but without experience it could become useless.

@SW-User I would not have been eligible for promotion if I didnt do my Business Administration degree. It really is opening doors for me.

@Longpatrol I decided not to specialise as that can also hinder growth. So far my degree has been really opening doors for me.

@YukikoAmagi And THAT is precisely why I believe it is very useful and why I completed such a degree. It is really opening doors for me.

@SW-User I disagree. I find it very useful at work. When I became a first year Business Administration student it helped get me my first promotion.

Now that I have graduated, I am being considered for further promotion once again... just had the interview yesterday... it a Management/Administration degree was a requirement for the position.

Now I just need to wait for feedback next week lol.

@iMystery Everybody I know that has gotten one has regretted it. That it hasn't helped them in their careers and was essentially a waste of money.

@MrBlueGuy I guess location matters as it is not considered a waste in my country.
