My Parakeets Are Chattering and Rattling On and On…

It’s funny to listen to the phrases that pop out of their mouths….One likes to say “don’t work here” , “we can” and another just said “I took one of me”…I don’t know where he got that “don’t work here” phrase, maybe heard it on TV.

@curiosi Ike is a close second. He has a real pretty voice when he talks down in his throat. If he ever let loose he could sing really good too, he does for a couple seconds and stops. I enjoy listening to him in late afternoons, he seems wound up about that time and dinner time. Boo-Boo starts his little cute act in late afternoon saying “Eep-Eep” in a high-pitched voice. I think he does that for attention or something. when I tell him he’s a cute bird he stops doing it.
