I have a chickadee trapped in my screened porch 馃槦

Can anyone suggest how to persuade it to fly out the door safely? I have been trying to coax out with a poster board.

Thank you

@TwiddlerofThumbs did you have to undress for that?
@MartinTheFirst since I鈥檝e been tagged with nudity I鈥檓 going to have to say I did. I told the bird to strip too.
@TwiddlerofThumbs Thank you for sharing. I'll do just that 馃憤

I had a bunny trapped on my screen porch, I opened the door and left. I may have made him nervous so leaving may have calmed him down enough to find his way out.
@curiosi A bunny!? How cute! Thank you for the advice...much appreciated.

Maybe it will fly off on its own when you aren't looking?
@SW-User I think that's gonna be my best bet. Thanks!

@whippersnapper Good luck

@SW-User Like big pot of water
Just leave a way out and leave him alone... he won't get too stressed and should find his own way to freedom.
@HootyTheNightOwl Will do. Thank you 馃檪

Leave the door open and he'll find his way out
@JT123

I think I am stressing him out. I'll just leave him be. Thank you!

@whippersnapper ya he's probably stressed. He'll find his way out

Trapped? What kind of institution are you running there? 馃
@MarkPaul 馃槀 Thanks I needed a laugh!

You will only stress out the bird, so either leave it alone, OR help quickly.

I'd make the screen half open, that way I'm theory not could get out on either side, then just to move to one side, which would push it to the other side.
