How do you deal with superstitions of others [I Am Fed Up With Superstition]

.. especially when they make you follow stupid ones coz its the superstition of the family.

I plan to do the opposite and not tell anyone that I didn’t follow it. I hate bounded by restrictions, especially illogical restrictions based on coincidences in their past.

I am so grateful that I am not surrounded by this type of people. I know it's not their fault and it could be a real struggle but it surely is annoying. As somebody who had a brief episode of OCD in my life I say that this obsessive-compulsive behaviour should not be encouraged. It is not healthy for the mind.

If it’s not anything that’s problematic to me in some meaningful way, I go along with them. If it matters to them and they matter to me, I do what I can.
