I understand the struggle. Im a bigger guy too, until recently I started to lose some weight but I think it's more due to stress. I hope you can find a way to make it happen, but to hell with anyone saying "You're lazy" or "unhealthy" your ship, your course to chart. Don't let jerks getcha down.

Everyone has a different type of body. Learn to accept yourself, and love yourself for who you are. Trying to be fit and live a healthy lifestyle takes time, and each person has their own journey to get there.

Our bodies change after growing and birthing an entire human. Don't expect to be the way you were, you are not the same person. Appreciate what your body has done for you and don't make unreasonable demands of it. You body is trying the best it can and that's all we can really ask🙂

The people who know you are not lazy and unhealthy are the ones that matter. Try to shut out the negative people in your life.

I hate being big too, but I'm not starving/exercising myself to death anymore to attain it. It's not worth it. I have a bf who says he's attracted to me (and shows it), I can still buy clothes off the rack, and I am still mobile.

That's literally all I care about at this age.

@DearAmbellina2113 I’m literally crying at work.
