Cauliflower crust? Boston lettuce with a sprinkle of crushed croutons ? And half a slice of thin slice bread? Thin Pita pockets? Corn tortillas have half the calories of flour tortillas.

You just have to commit to the unique texture of healthy “”bread”. Also, “David’s bread” in general I have simply removed bread and pizza from my diet.

We've tried to make keto bread on occasion. There is a recipe we've tried that uses egg protein powder instead of flower and the bread it produces has a texture closer to angel food cake than bread, but it's not bad.

And then there are chaffles, which I like quite a bit.
