has anyone else got any permanent injuries

i have...the middle knuckle on my right hand has nerve damage, through hitting a wall over a decade ago now....so it hurts to punch with that hand now, the knuckle still feels sore when you press on it or apply pressure....but i can still grip things /objects with that hand, so i'm grateful for that.....but i still get down at times knowing i have a damaged knuckle that i can't punch with anymore...i regret striking that brick wall out of anger.

does anyone else have similar injuries which are permanent?

I got dupuytrens disease so if I clenched my fist tight on my left hand I'd actually break my own little finger, lolz.
Makes gripping stuff and pressing my hand flat a bit awkward too as the little finger is always in the way so it's gets crushed.

It's not great like you say sometimes hand problems are a bit restrictive or they niggle you with pain and it gets you down from time to time but hey could be worse I guess you just gotta work with what you got.

I have some kind of thing going on with my middle finger on my right hand. I guess unconsciously I would clench both of my hands together while using the restroom, and well the finger started like, not hurting, but more like this weird sensation, and then hurt. And the part of the finger around the 3rd knuckle kind of went numb.

I'm not sure, but if I put any kind of pressure behind the middle knuckle on that finger, I get that sensation. Now granted, it's been at least a year that I've had any kind of pressure on that finger, but where it was getting numb, that feels like it's gotten better, but there is still some numbness, just not as much as there was before.

I don't know what caused it, but it sucks.
I slammed my left wrist into a wall whilst training in aerial acrobatics (yeah it broke and it damn well hurt), and though it healed, there's a tiny bit of limitations in wrist movement as a result, hence, why I wear a thick brass bangle.

Little finger on my left hand is crooked. I was removing a drive shaft 20 or so years ago when the wrench slipped and my hand hit the concrete floor. I may have broke it.
