Yep. My first experience years ago in steps...
Step 1.Shave nipple area (the only hair on my chest grows in a damn circle around my nipples)
Step 2. Clean and apply glue to chest and forms (stuck to my hand again! Ugh)
Step 3. Lay down and stare at ceiling for 15 - 30 mins while they adhere (there are 62 tiles in my ceiling)
Step 4. Look in mirror and listen to inner voice that tells you not to do what your thinking. (Ha!)
Step 5. lnstantly regret doing the bouncy bouncy thing. (Glue holds, skin rips)
Step 6. Wait for pain to stop, evil inner voice to regain some composure, and start again. (Sigh)
