I Am Asexual

I have claimed this for years when people ask me why I’ve never been romantically involved with anyone. Most times I get told to see a doctor because something MUST be wrong with me. Every year, when I get my check up, my doctor tells me I am in good health. So I am assuming it is caused from something either mental or neurological. Either way, I wish people did not question me further and just take my word for it, maybe not ask at all. Maybe I should just start lying and telling people what they want to hear.

That has to be extremely frustrating, they are probably asking questions just to learn more about it. Don't feel you need to lie, you are who you are and it's not up to anyone else to judge you for it
