Those extenders are essentially a male fetish, in my opinion. Some guys enjoy being humiliated sexually. It will arouse them when a woman tells them their penis is small, ridiculous and useless. A penis extender is probably the icing on the cake, for those men.
I have never met a man whose penis was too small.
