@Nanori my kids would just whine at me because they are hungry or else I would too 🙃

@iamonfire696 aww that sucks, cut their allowance and get yourself a servant 🙂
iamonfire696 · 41-45, F
@Nanori that would be nice

They's fake af don't trust them. And a pretty face only lasts a year or two and then they'll move on to someone new.
SW-User
@Lostpoet they don’t look fake at all. Lol
Lostpoet · M
@SW-User not on the outside but on the in.
SW-User
They seem like shallow BawBees. 🤣🤣🤣@Lostpoet

I dunno.. we live in an era where people are more aware of posing and lighting, makeup and hair tutorials, and apps to make it iso easy to edit photos. There’s also pressure to make yourself on par with other influencers..
I really wouldn’t take anything they post to heart.

True, women are over made up these days. They don’t even look human anymore. It’s kind or sad because I’m sure teens are comparing themselves with these influencers and becoming insecure. @WhateverWorks

I worry for a generation so saturated in illusions it’s hard to tell reality from fiction. My tween isn’t allowed on social media, but their friends are. We have a lot of talks about this stuff.. I can only protect them from so much. Feel like the best I can do is keep the conversation going @SW-User

That’s a very wise decision. Social media is really toxic for tweens and teens. It can cause them to compare themselves to others and feel negative. They don’t understand what’s more important in life because they’re too young. They don’t need to see all that vanity. I’m glad these websites were not around when I was young. @WhateverWorks

That and perfect lighting and that 1 out of 100 photos they pick to post
SW-User
Lol , true @Ryannnnnn

i wish i knew how fake they are as a teen, i used to compare myself to ppl who don't exist bc I saw on YouTube how they edit their photos to the point where nobody recognizes them irl, trust no one lmao

@SW-User It's not Photoshop, those people have such majestic hips/muscles/asses that they have their own gravity and bend spacetime
SW-User
@SW-User True, perfect skin, eyes, hair, lips, etc etc. They don’t look like that when they wake up in the morning.
SW-User
I think that when I see some of the selfie posts on here.
SW-User
Lol true @SW-User

Haha, definitely. Human dolls @SW-User

yah? But they also post nudes of themselves which I feel like is kind of degrading to themselves. Stay classy ladies. Its no fun if you don't have to work for it
SomeMichGuy · M
Yes, they have very good genes and started serious workouts when young and yes.
It's not a French canteloupe which makes Cindy Crawford look like herself.
