I Love Marvel And Dc Comics

I don't see what's so great about Heath's Joker. I have been rewatching Batman movies and I can't see why people say he's the best.

I mean, he does a good job but I don't think he's capable of carrying a joker solo movie unlike some other actors.

I still think Mark Hamill is the best with Jack, Ceaser, and Joaquin. I think, if given the chance, Jared Leto's joker would be pretty good but all his scenes were cut out and DC never gave him a chance.

Heath is somewhere after Joaquin.

When I first saw The Dark Knight I had not read any Batman comics nor watched the animated TV series. I think if you go into it without strict expectations of what the Joker is supposed to be like, then he is great. He is a brilliant character, he's got lots of subtle mannerisms that make him seem genuinely insane, he's convincingly smart, and he seems to have a good, deep sense of morality, he just chooses to be immoral and to bring out the worst in everyone else too. Most complaints I've heard are from hardcore Batman fans saying, "But that's not the real Joker!"

@JP1119 He did a great job and was really accurate. I enjoyed his Joker.

I just don't think he was the best one at it like many claim. I think The Dark Knight was a great Batman movie overall.

The only real Batman movie is the one from 1966, starring Adam West as Batman and Burt Ward as Robin.

@helenS It's about joker. I could do a separate post about Batman hahaha

Heath actually frightened me. His heart was totally committed to the Joker character.

@Pfuzylogic I believe most actors were but I don't think he was capable of carrying a solo film. Some jokers needed Batman. Heath I believe was one of them.

I will say that Joaquin did carry the film. The talk show appearance was derived from something Joaquin did on Dave Letterman decades before. I remember the 90s episode.
